The advertised vehicle price is the total price for the car, including VAT. There are no hidden fees, surcharges or other mandatory vehicle payments. If you choose optional delivery, the transport price is agreed separately before purchase.

All visits and inspections require a prior appointment. An appointment does not reserve a vehicle or guarantee its availability. Our attractive prices mean vehicles often sell quickly; contact us to confirm availability before travelling.

All advertised prices include deductible VAT. VAT-free export purchases or VAT deduction by eligible businesses require the applicable conditions and documentation requirements to be met. We assist with the documentation.

From the day you receive your vehicle, you have 7 days to inspect it. This period includes a right to return with a Money-Back Guarantee. If the vehicle does not fully match its description, has any damage, is not in excellent cosmetic, technical and mechanical condition, or you consider it not to be the vehicle you ordered, you are entitled to return it for a full refund of the entire amount paid. When you exercise your right to return within the inspection period, THEM AUTO ApS undertakes to collect the vehicle within a maximum of 72 hours of receiving your return request and refund the entire amount paid by bank transfer.
